Switch plus Apple authorized Re seller in Egypt is hiring *Call center Agent*
Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and respond to emails.
- Following up on the online orders with the customer.
- Handling customer inquiries both over the phone and by email.
- Researching required information using available resources.
- Providing customers with product and service information.
- Identifying and escalate priority issues.
Requirements:
- Required language proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Knowledge of AVAYA System.
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Gender: Males and Females.
location: Mohandesien
Working days: 5 and 2 days off on rotation basis, working hours: 8.
Shift time: 10am – 6pm, 12pm – 8pm & 2pm – 10pm (for female staff till 8pm only).
Basic salary + Commission every 3 months. + Social & Medical insurance.
