Responsibilities:
-Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
-Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
-Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
-Completing store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
-Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
-Reporting on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
-Proposing innovative ideas to increase market share.
-Conducting personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
-Dealing with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
-Additional store manager duties as needed.
Requirements
-Experience as a retail Store Manager from 3 to 5 years.
-Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
-Customer management skills.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Bachelor degree.
