Tomato Fashion & apparel Stores is seeking to hire an experienced
Hr Specialist (Male) to join our team.
Responsibilities :-
• Designing and implementing recruitment system for the organization ( Job adv - Candidates Screening & Interviewing for blue collars ) .
• Maintaining payroll process system and attendance by excel equations calculating and inputting data .
• Receiving and coordinating requests for leaves and other absences .
• Handling changes in job status, able to creat a job analysis and job descriptions
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
Requirements :-
• A year experience at least .
• HR Certificate
• High graduated (bachelor degree)
• English Language (Good)
• Microsoft Office Knowledge (Excel-word-powerpoint)
• Highly details - oriented and organized .
• Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Alexandria resident only.
