Leading specialized hospital, located in #Alexandria
Looking for an ambitious Call Center Agent (full time job 6 days / 8 hours) with following the qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree less 2018 till 2015
- Experience needed 0 to 1 year in same position is preferred
-good command of English language
- good command of Microsoft office programs
-Good command of Reporting skills
-Good communication skills and the ability to communicate with people is essential
Call Center duties and responsibility:
-Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
-Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
-Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
-Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
-Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
