BCI Egypt - Opportunity "Administrative Assistant"
Location: 6th of October City – Giza
How your day will look like:
- Greet and welcome visitors to the offices and inform concerned member of their arrival
- - Receive, direct and relay telephone messages to the concerned person
- - Handle F&B for office visitors when requested
- - Maintain an inventory of office supplies (Stationary, kitchen items...Etc) and monitor its usages
- - Oversee the processing of all administrative paper work and documents, process and deliver internal and external mail daily
- - Schedule appointments and organize agendas accordingly
- - Comply with operational procedures and instructions when performing all job tasks and activities
- - Managing Travelling file, hotel booking and the visa process for overseas trips and company guests

- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- - At least 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- - Very good command of English Language & MS Office
- - Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- - Females are encouraged to apply
- - October residents or nearby area is preferred
